Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based requirements.

Analyze client requisitions and identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.

Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and internal databases.

Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, communication skills, and work authorization status.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer management.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Work on contract (W2, C2C) and full-time hiring requirements.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future positions.

Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, ATS updates, and documentation.

Meet and exceed recruitment KPIs such as submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.

Work Experience
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in US Staffing and Recruitment.

Proven track record of successful placements across various technologies and domains.

Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.

Knowledge of US visa classifications including H1B, OPT, CPT, TN Visa, EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens.

Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, and System Integrators.

Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, or similar platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
