Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and industry-experienced Photography & Videography Faculty member who can train students in professional photography, cinematography, video production, editing, storytelling, lighting, and content creation.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge, creative vision, and the ability to mentor students for real-world industry requirements including freelancing, studio work, brand shoots, wedding photography, fashion shoots, reels, YouTube content, and commercial productions.
Key Responsibilities
- Train students in:
- Photography fundamentals
- Camera handling & lenses
- Composition & framing
- Lighting techniques
- Studio photography
- Fashion photography
- Product photography
- Event & wedding photography
- Videography & cinematography
- Reels & social media content production
- Short film production
- Editing & post-production
- Teach editing software such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- After Effects (basic)
- Conduct:
- Practical studio sessions
- Outdoor shoots
- Workshops & masterclasses
- Portfolio reviews
- Industry projects
- Guide students in:
- Building portfolios
- Freelancing careers
- Client handling
- Social media branding
- Creative direction
- Assist in:
- Curriculum planning
- Student assessments
- Event coverage
- Content creation for college marketing
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of photography & videography equipment

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Photography, Cinematography, Media, Visual Arts, or related field
- 1–5+ years of industry experience
- Experience in teaching/training is an added advantage
- Strong portfolio/showreel required
