We are seeking a detail-oriented, articulate, and proactive Customer Support Executive (Email Support) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional service exclusively through email and chat channels.
This is a strictly non-voice role that requires a high level of professionalism, sharp problem-solving abilities, and an absolute mastery of the English language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally via email.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented responses.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while keeping the customer informed.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and quality assurance scores.

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent / Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Customer Support role is mandatory. This experience must be in a Non-Voice / Email Process.
- Language Skills: Excellent English comprehension and written communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to draft grammatically flawless, professional, and well-structured emails.
