Key Responsibilities:-
Hub & Logistics Management
Drive Daily Operations: Manage end-to-end hub daily operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient receipt and dispatch of shipments.
Monitor Inbound & Outbound Flows: Oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes, ensuring high operational discipline and inventory accuracy.
Factory Coordination: Collaborate closely with manufacturing facilities on production schedules, dispatch plans, and overall supply readiness.
Inventory Control: Oversee hub inventory management, including receiving, strategic storage, dispatching, and routine stock reconciliation.
Team Leadership & Fleet Management
Scheduling & Compliance: Manage delivery team scheduling, route planning, attendance tracking, and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, recruit, and onboard delivery personnel based on operational capacity needs, handling all relevant documentation.
Training & Development: Train delivery staff on operational workflows, safety standards, and customer service excellence.
Customer Experience & Performance Tracking
Service Quality: Deliver a top-tier customer experience by ensuring prompt, reliable, and accurate order fulfillment.
Issue Resolution: Actively address delivery escalations and customer complaints, implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Reporting & Metrics: Maintain accurate operational logs, daily reports, and performance metrics (KPIs) for regular leadership review.
Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
