Job Requirements
To drive design coordination and execution of corporate building projects by effectively managing external consultants and ensuring delivery aligned to quality, cost, timelines, and brand standards.
- Lead end-to-end design coordination for corporate office projects, including base build and interiors.
- Manage and collaborate with external architects, consultants, and agencies to ensure design intent and timelines are met.
- Review and validate architectural, interior, and MEP drawings for quality, functionality, and compliance.
- Develop and review 2D drawings and 3D visualizations to support internal decision-making and design validation whenever required
- Drive structured design review forums, track progress, and ensure timely closure of action points.
- Support cost planning, BOQ validation, and value engineering initiatives.
- Work closely with PMC during execution to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor site progress and proactively resolve design and execution challenges.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to enable seamless project delivery.
Work Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 10–14 years of experience in corporate/commercial building projects, including interiors.
- Proven experience in managing external consultants from a client-side role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max (or equivalent tools).
- Strong understanding of materials, construction methodologies, and project lifecycle.
- Exposure to sustainable/green building practices will be an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
