Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic MBA Freshers (Any Domain) to join as Implementation Specialists for Cloudilya ERP. This role involves working closely with clients to understand requirements, support ERP implementation, configuration, training, and go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementation of Cloudilya ERP at client locations.
- Gather and understand client business requirements.
- Support system configuration and setup based on workflows.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams.
- Conduct user training and product demonstrations.
- Assist in data migration, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide post-implementation support to clients.
- Maintain proper documentation of implementation activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA (Any specialization / Any domain) – Freshers eligible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of business processes (education/ERP knowledge is a plus).
- Willingness to learn ERP implementation and client interaction.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
