· TelecallingOutbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided by the marketing and sales departments.
· Customer Engagement and Follow-upPitch
· Delivery: Deliver engaging and concise tele-pitches that educate potential customers.
· Follow-up: Execute timely follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
