- Implement and monitor quality control procedures for transformer radiators and other products.
- Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and update quality documentation, reports, and records.
- Ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant quality management standards.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Train and guide production staff on quality requirements and best practices.
- Conduct audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in customer complaint resolution by investigating quality concerns and providing reports.
