Position: HOD cum In-Charge
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all academic and departmental activities, ensuring smooth functioning of the department.
- Teaching & Subject Delivery
Deliver quality lectures and practical sessions as per curriculum and regulatory guidelines.
- Department Administration
Manage faculty coordination, class schedules, workload distribution, and departmental operations.
- Academic Planning & Monitoring
Ensure lesson planning, timely syllabus completion, student performance monitoring, and quality teaching standards.
- Student Guidance & Faculty Development
Mentor students, resolve academic issues, and guide faculty members for academic excellence.
- Compliance & Documentation
Maintain departmental records and ensure readiness for inspections by regulatory bodies (PCI / INC / Paramedical Council / University).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification:
- Pharmacy: M.Pharm / PhD
- Nursing: M.Sc Nursing
- Paramedical: Relevant Master’s Degree (MLT/Radiology/OTT/Optometry etc.)
- Management: MBA / PhD
- Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of teaching & administrative experience
- Age: 30–50 years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month (Based on department, experience & interview performance)**
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
