What’s unique about this role?
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks within the Managed Review team. This includes staffing support, vendor management, business operations, and reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
What will this person do?

Prepare project status report and reviewer time and productivity reports for Managed Review matters.

Assist with Review workspace set-up and administration of managed review tasks, including user credentialing, permission management, and workflow administration.

Provide ad hoc reporting support by generating custom reports and analyses as requested by Managed Review stakeholders.

Support review project staffing and onboarding function through clear communication with Recruiting and Managed Review team.

Compile, maintain, and interpret key data and metrics from a range of sources and platforms to supported Managed Review planning, operations, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)

18+ months experience in business operations, analysis, reporting, or staffing in ediscovery industry preferred

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting

Familiarity with Relativity preferred

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Strong written and oral communication skills suited to a client-facing role, careful attention to detail, and general technical aptitude

Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team

A bachelor’s degree at minimum. Specific field of study is less important as LH encourages a skillfully diverse employee population.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.

Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.

Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
