About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers
- Generate, qualify and convert leads into sales
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any stream
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
