DigitXpert Solutions is hiring motivated individuals for the role of HR Intern / HR Freelancer. This opportunity is ideal for students and freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations while working remotely.

- Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote)
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Working Hours: Flexible – 5 to 6 hours per day
- Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed
- Experience: Freshers Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
- Work on hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Assist with day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records.
