Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and SOP during work
- Ensure implementation of EHS practices
- Maintain discipline in the department
- Supervise manufacturing and water system areas
- Ensure completion of training for all employees
- Ensure updated SOP training completion
- Plan daily activities as per schedule
- Meet production schedule (quality and quantity)
- Maintain and improve product quality
- Control usage of manpower, machines, and materials
- Coordinate validation activities of equipment and systems
- Organize and implement on-job training activities
