Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals to meet organizational staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand technical hiring requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Negotiate salary and assist in offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in IT recruitment (preferred).
- Knowledge of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
