- Lead and manage the overall HR function of the organization.
- Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and HR administration.
- Support management in organizational planning and workforce development.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and guide HR teams effectively.
- Experience in the manufacturing or machinery industry will be preferred.
