Position: Electrical Trainer
Company: Aditya Birla Skills Centre (ABSC),
Location: Vagra, Gujarat
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Electrical trades.
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials as per the curriculum.
- Assess trainee performance and maintain training records.
- Ensure workshop safety and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Support trainee mobilization, counselling, and admissions.
- Assist in placement activities and coordinate with industry partners.
- Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
Eligibility:
- Diploma/B.Tech/ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant industry/training experience preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati
- Only Gujarat-based candidates will be considered.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
