Responsible for organizing and proactive Business Operations and Program Coordination to support cross functional initiatives and leadership priorities. Coordination of activities across teams, managing stakeholder communication and ensuring smooth execution of key business programs.

Key Activities
Program and Operations Coordination
- Support Planning and execution of ongoing business initiatives and projects through update of project milestones, timelines, and construction progress related to manufacturing and industrial initiatives
- Ensure update and reliability of tracking files and databases covering operational productivity KPIs, operational costs, capex, and workforce (HR) utilization
- Coordinate tasks timelines and deliverables by capturing meeting decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines and follow-up to ensure smooth execution
- Track progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Identify and proactively report risks or delays to leadership
Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Act as a central point of contact for Regional and Global stakeholders to ensure alignment on data, initiative status and timelines
- Collect and consolidate inputs from Region and Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR
- Ensure clear and timely communication between leadership and cross functional teams
- Build and maintain strong working relationships to drive alignment and execution by collaborating with Regional and Global teams
Executive and Business Support
- Support leadership in managing priorities coordination and follow ups
- Prepare briefing materials summaries and structured updates
- Assist in organizing meetings agendas and action tracking
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational support for business functions
Reporting and Performance Review
- Analyze production and performance variances, trends, and risks, and highlight key insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvement
- Create high quality PowerPoint presentations supporting recurring performance review, translating complex data into clear and structured visuals, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Execute ad‑hoc analyses and prepare report summaries to support leadership decision making
- Ensure clarity and consistency with Global reporting in all communication materials
Process Improvement and Execution Excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and coordination efficiency
- Support implementation of best practices across teams
- Drive operational efficiency through structured execution
