Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated HR executive to support core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and eager to grow within a dynamic HR environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)

Support onboarding and maintain accurate employee documentation and HR databases

Assist with payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave management

Handle employee exit formalities and off-boarding processes

Coordinate day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
-
Prepare MIS reports and maintain HR records for audits and compliance
-
Ensure statutory compliance with ESI, PF, and applicable labor laws
