About the Role
Vindhya Harley-Davidson is looking for an experienced and passionate Workshop Manager to lead our service operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing an automotive workshop while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
- Lead, train, and supervise service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per committed timelines.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve workshop revenue and profitability targets.
- Maintain service quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with the Parts Department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and OEM guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workshop performance reports.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in automobile service operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in premium motorcycle or automobile dealerships will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of workshop processes, customer handling, and service KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software.
