We are looking for a responsible and proactive Building Administrative Officer to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the commercial project. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and management while ensuring efficient administrative support for the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations of the commercial building/project.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain records of agreements, visitor logs, invoices, complaints, and service reports.
- Handle client queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, parking, and facility management activities.
- Assist in vendor management, billing coordination, and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with HR and accounts departments for administrative requirements.
- Maintain office assets, stationery, and inventory records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in administration, facility management, or commercial property management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Vendor and tenant management experience.
- Professional attitude and leadership qualities.
- Experience in real estate/commercial projects will be preferred.
