Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating leads, managing sales activities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, networking, and direct outreach.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Manage and guide the sales and marketing team.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA candidates are preferred.
- Freshers with strong skills or experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client handling is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Understanding of social media marketing and online branding.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Work Schedule
- Day Shift 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (1hr Lunch & 15 Minutes Evening Break)
- Monday to Saturday (Public Holidays are off)
Internship Opportunity (2–3 Months)
We are also offering a 2 to 3 Months Internship Program for students and freshers who are interested in building a career in Marketing and Sales. Interns will receive practical exposure in lead generation, client communication, digital marketing, branding, and sales strategies.
