Job Description – Admin Executive / Admin Officer
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive / Admin Officer to handle day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office/institution. The candidate will be responsible for office administration, record management, coordination with staff and vendors, facility support, and general operational assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain office records, files, documents, and important administrative data.
- Coordinate with internal staff, management, and external vendors for smooth functioning.
- Handle stationery, office supplies, and general inventory requirements.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and basic facility management tasks.
- Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling routine office coordination.
- Maintain attendance records, staff coordination, and basic employee documentation if required.
- Ensure proper discipline, office organization, and compliance with internal administrative processes.
- Handle courier, correspondence, and front-office-related coordination when needed.
- Assist in event coordination, internal communication, and general operational support.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in Administration / Office Coordination / Admin Executive role preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
