Job Summary:
The Warranty Executive is responsible for handling warranty claim processing, documentation, and coordination with OEMs to ensure timely approval and settlement of warranty claims in the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims as per company and OEM guidelines.
- Verify job cards, repair orders, and spare parts details before claim submission.
- Maintain proper warranty documentation and records.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and spare parts departments.
- Follow up on pending, rejected, and approved warranty claims.
- Ensure warranty claims are submitted within the prescribed timeline.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warranty MIS reports.
- Handle warranty audits and ensure compliance with OEM standards.
- Monitor warranty parts return and claim settlement process.
- Support customer satisfaction by resolving warranty-related concerns efficiently.
- Analyze recurring failures and report technical issues to management/OEM.
- Maintain accurate data entry in DMS/ERP systems.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of automobile warranty processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, DMS, ERP).
- Documentation and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in automobile dealership/service industry preferred.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in warranty handling or service operations in the automobile industry.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
