Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
- Manage product positioning, branding, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion plans.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Regulatory, and Management teams.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Track product performance and implement growth strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role within a formulation company.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
