Sales & Marketing Executive – Interior Design
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Interior Design team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development. Experience in the interior design, construction, furniture, or home improvement industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field marketing, online platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Meet potential clients and understand their interior design requirements.
- Present company services and convert inquiries into projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Promote the company's services through social media and local marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, Furniture, or Home Decor is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within Hyderabad.
