Job Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute high-performing email marketing campaigns.
- Design engaging email templates and compelling copy.
- Manage and optimize email automation workflows.
- Segment email lists to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs.
- Maintain email list hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Mailchimp, Brevo (Sendinblue), Klaviyo, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar.
- Experience with email automation, segmentation, and drip campaigns.
- Understanding of email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
