Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Field Marketing & Government Liaison) who can represent BCC in the market, build relationships with government departments and other organizations, and generate new business opportunities.
This is a field-based business development role and is NOT a Digital Marketing position.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit government departments, local authorities, architects, builders, contractors, and other relevant organizations to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials, consultants, and industry professionals.
- Identify new residential and commercial construction projects.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and market research.
- Promote BCC's architectural design, planning..
- Arrange client meetings and coordinate project discussions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Collect market information about upcoming construction projects and industry trends.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and client records.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
