Telecaller Team Lead – Immigration
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Telecaller Team Lead to supervise our tele calling team, improve team performance, and maximize lead-to-enrolment conversions. The ideal candidate will guide, mentor, and supervise our team in delivering high-quality client support, specializing in study visa, PR, and tourist visa inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Lead Conversion: Drive lead-to-appointment and lead-to-enrolment conversions by refining calling pitches.
- Quality Monitoring: Monitor call quality, compliance with company standards, and ensure accuracy in explaining visa products/eligibility.
- Training & Mentoring: Train new and existing telecallers on immigration processes, country requirements, and SOP basics.
- Lead Management: Ensure accurate lead management, follow-ups, and daily updates in the CRM software.
- Escalation Handling: Handle escalated calls, complex queries, and dissatisfied prospects professionally.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (MIS).
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Explain immigration services such as study visas.
- Generate and qualify leads for counsellors or sales teams.
- Schedule appointments for clients with immigration consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested clients to encourage application processing.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion.
