Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle visitors and calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Handle inquiries and direct them to the concerned department.
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate walk-ins.
Manage office correspondence, emails, and courier services.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
Assist HR and Administration with daily office tasks.
Keep records of attendance, meetings, and office documents.
Support management with administrative and coordination activities.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualification
Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
