We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage end-to-end HR operations. This role will act as the second-in-command to the Sr. Manager – HR (Operations) and will play a critical role in ensuring smooth HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit processes
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and SOPs
- Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution to HR-related concerns
- Support payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave tracking
- Maintain and update employee records and HRMIS systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for HR-related activities
- Assist the Sr. Manager in strategic HR initiatives and operational planning
- Handle grievance management and support employee relations
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations or Generalist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in people management and stakeholder handling
- Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and MS Office
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
