Position: IT Sales Manager – Software & Project Sales
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients for software products, SaaS solutions, and IT projects.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Software Sales
- Promote and sell software products, ERP, HRMS, CRM, SaaS, and other IT solutions.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.
Project Sales
- Identify opportunities for custom software development, system integration, and digital transformation projects.
- Prepare project proposals, scope documents, and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams during pre-sales activities.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to implementation teams after contract signing.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of software sales, SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, and IT services.
- Experience in project-based sales and solution selling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and client management capabilities.
- Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- 3–10 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or project sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
