Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Telecaller with prior real estate experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with prospective customers over the phone, and have a strong understanding of the real estate sales process. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through calls and follow up on inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested prospects with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up regularly with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead management.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry (residential and/or commercial real estate).
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Executive, Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation
- Competitive salary with attractive incentives based on performance.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates without prior real estate experience will not be considered.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
