Talnexor is looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant who can independently manage candidate counseling, documentation, application processing, and client coordination for overseas employment opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in immigration, overseas recruitment, visa consulting, study abroad, or international workforce mobility and possess strong communication, counseling, and sales abilities.
The candidate should demonstrate excellent English communication, candidate assessment and counseling skills, documentation review and verification expertise, CRM management, follow-up discipline, client relationship management, attention to detail, compliance awareness, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with international employers and partners.
A strong understanding of immigration processes, application timelines, and candidate conversion management will be preferred.
The role requires a proactive professional who can guide candidates throughout their journey—from initial inquiry and enrollment to documentation, interview coordination, and successful deployment—while maintaining high service standards and achieving business targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
