We are looking for a smart, energetic, and AI-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist based in Varanasi who can help us generate quality business leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate should not only understand digital marketing but also be comfortable using modern AI tools for:
- fast content creation,
- campaign automation,
- lead generation,
- analytics,
- reporting,
- and productivity enhancement.
Basic website development and website management knowledge is also required.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Social Media Marketing
- Generate quality B2B leads using:
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Instagram
- WhatsApp Communities
- Telegram Groups
- Other social platforms
- Run organic and paid promotional campaigns
- Create engaging marketing content and promotional creatives
- Manage social media pages and improve online visibility
AI-Based Marketing & Automation
- Use AI tools for:
- content generation
- ad copy writing
- image/video generation
- campaign planning
- competitor research
- analytics reporting
- Create fast and professional reports using AI
- Improve marketing efficiency using automation tools
Website & Technical Work
- Basic website development and management knowledge
- Ability to update website content/pages
- Understanding of:
- WordPress
- Landing pages
- SEO basics
- Forms and lead capture systems
- Coordinate with technical teams if required
Required Skills
- Strong LinkedIn lead generation skills
- Good communication and convincing ability
- Knowledge of social media marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools like:
- ChatGPT
- Canva AI
- Gemini
- Midjourney/AI creatives
- Automation tools
- Basic website development knowledge
- Basic SEO understanding
