About the Company Yognishi Pvt. Ltd. is a premier wellness organization based in Rajkot. We are currently expanding our operations and looking for five dedicated Yoga Trainers to join our professional team across our three studio locations.
Role Summary We are seeking passionate instructors who possess a deep understanding of yoga asanas and a commitment to member wellness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engaging, safe, and effective offline sessions for practitioners of all levels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities * Conduct professional offline yoga sessions for diverse groups ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners.
- Demonstrate and instruct students in various asanas, Pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation.
- Provide personalized physical corrections and adjustments to ensure student safety and proper form.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional atmosphere within the studio environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance to help members reach their health and fitness objectives.
Work Hours and Shift Timings This is a full-time, offline position. The role operates on a shift rotation basis, including both morning and evening sessions. Specific shift schedules will be coordinated during the interview process.
Requirements *
- Education: Valid certification in Yoga from a recognized institution (such as YCB, QCI, or an accredited Yoga University).
- Experience: Prior teaching experience is preferred, though highly skilled freshers with a strong personal practice are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, punctuality, and a solid foundational knowledge of human anatomy and yoga philosophy.
Pay and Benefits * Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (determined by experience and certification level).
