Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in students and visitors professionally.
- Counsel prospective students regarding aviation courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and social media leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain enquiry records, student database, and daily reports.
- Coordinate admission documentation and fee collection.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding student admissions.
- Support marketing activities, seminars, and admission events.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, CRM).
- Ability to achieve admission targets.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
Preferred Experience
- Education or training institute.
- Aviation, hospitality, travel, or customer service industry.
- Tele-calling or counselling experience
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
