The IT & Networking Engineer at TRIOS is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure, high-performance IT infrastructure across all coworking spaces and turnkey office projects. This includes network setup, security, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless connectivity and operational efficiency for TRIOS and its clients.
✅ Deploy and configure LAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall systems across TRIOS coworking spaces and client office setups.
✅ Ensure 99.9% network uptime and minimal connectivity disruptions.
✅ Optimize network configurations to support 100+ concurrent users with high-speed internet.
✅ Implement firewall and VPN solutions to maintain secure remote access.
✅ Ensure 100% compliance with data security policies and cyber hygiene best practices.
✅ Conduct quarterly network security audits and mitigate vulnerabilities.
✅ Maintain a 95%+ resolution rate for IT and network-related tickets within 24 hours.
✅ Provide technical support for VoIP systems, IP surveillance cameras, biometric access systems, and other IT-enabled solutions.
✅ Reduce recurring IT issues by implementing proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance.
✅ Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and IT vendors to ensure seamless connectivity and hardware procurement.
✅ Negotiate contracts to reduce IT infrastructure costs by 10–15% annually without compromising quality.
✅ Ensure all vendors meet TRIOS’ service level agreements (SLAs) and response time requirements.
✅ Design scalable IT infrastructure for new TRIOS locations, ensuring fast and cost-effective deployment.
✅ Research and recommend at least 3 new technology solutions per year to enhance workspace IT capabilities.
✅ Implement cloud-based solutions to improve data accessibility and collaboration.
