Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender & Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience in government tendering and accounting. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with an NGO, Trust, or Section 8 Company and be capable of handling tender documentation, financial records, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Management
- Identify and monitor government and PSU tenders through GeM, CPPP, NIC, and other e-procurement portals.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate EMD, Bank Guarantees, supporting documents, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain tender records, bid status, and documentation.
- Liaise with government departments and internal teams during the bidding process.
Accounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial documentation.
- Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, vouchers, and expense records.
- Coordinate GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and statutory filings with the Chartered Accountant.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
- Ensure proper filing and record management of financial documents.
NGO & Compliance
- Support NGO-related documentation, project records, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate documentation for CSR projects, grants, and government initiatives.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure timely submission of required documents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in government tender management and accounting.
- Experience working with an NGO, Trust, or Section 8 Company.
- Working knowledge of GeM, CPPP, or other government e-procurement portals.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (Tally or Zoho Books preferred).
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling government departments and PSU projects.
- Familiarity with CSR documentation and grant-related processes.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
