About the Role
As Team Lead – Sales, you will be responsible for driving team performance, mentoring sales executives, managing sales conversions, and reporting directly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team
- Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets
- Engage with qualified, high-intent business leads
- Understand client challenges and recommend suitable business growth solutions
- Drive high-value deal closures
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Present updates and insights to senior management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with entrepreneurs and business leaders
Who We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in sales team handling and people management
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Fluency in Malayalam and English
- Confidence in interacting with business owners, entrepreneurs, and CXOs
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results
