Job details

BuildAhome is hiring an experienced Team Lead – QS (Quantity Surveying) to lead and manage the QS team for residential construction projects.

6+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in residential construction.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract management.
Experience in handling vendor negotiations and billing processes.
Good coordination and team management skills.
Immediate to 15 day’s notice period preferred.

Walk-in or Scheduled (Timing 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM)

BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Residential / Villa Construction

6+ years of work experience in Quantity Surveying

Lead and manage the QS team for residential construction projects.
Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
Monitor project costs and ensure projects are executed within approved budgets.
Manage vendor negotiations, rate analysis, and contract administration.
Review contractor bills, measurements, and payment certifications.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for cost control and material planning.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards.
