Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years of experience in Post-Contract Quantity Surveying for Civil, Finishes, and Interior Fit-Out Projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in billing, measurement, cost control, subcontractor management, and contract administration, ensuring projects are executed within budget while maintaining quality and contractual compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and certify Client Bills (RA Bills & Final Bills).
- Verify and process Subcontractor Bills and recommend payments.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and site.
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and variation orders.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and prepare claims, change orders, and additional work quotations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Track material consumption and reconcile quantities.
- Prepare cost reports, billing status reports, and project financial updates.
- Review contract documents and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize project cost overruns.
- Maintain proper documentation of measurements, approvals, and billing records.
- Support project close-out activities, including final account settlements.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up on client certifications.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide commercial updates.

- Strong knowledge of Post-Contract Quantity Surveying.
- Expertise in Client Billing, Contractor Billing, and Final Accounts.
- Experience in Civil, Finishes, and Interior Fit-Out Projects.
- Good understanding of BOQ, Rate Analysis, and Quantity Take-Offs.
- Knowledge of contract administration and variation management.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹13,537.71 - ₹51,816.84 per month
