Position Details:
Job Title: Project Manager – HVAC
Location: Kulashekharapatanam, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Manage site activities including installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Handle execution of systems such as chiller plants, clean rooms, DX units, and VRF/VRV systems.
- Ensure proper drawing coordination with all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Prepare, submit, and obtain approvals for TDS, drawings, and all project-related documents.
- Monitor material procurement, vendor coordination, and site logistics.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges proactively.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Manage manpower planning and resource allocation efficiently.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and handover of completed projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.
Pay: ₹622,358.03 - ₹935,423.97 per year
