What You'll Be Doing:
Generating quality leads
Pitching products/services confidently over outbound calls
Handling follow-ups to convert leads into customers
Building trust and long-term relationships to encourage repeat business
Updating and managing data in MS Office & CRM tools
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Telecalling –outbound voice process.
Ø Magazine (online & print) subscription doing for both fresh and renewal.
Ø Delegate invite for the conference and conclave attending via registration.
Ø H20 bazaar lead generation .
Ø Calling and reporting shall be done through Zoho applications.
Ø Interest to learn new things and initiatives.
Ø Subscribed customer deliverables on time.
Ø Tracking magazines despatched to the subscribed customers.
Ø Regular interactions with subscriber’s ensuring deliverables.
What We Expect From You:
✔ 0–5 years of proven experience in Tele-Marketing / Tele-Sales
✔Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (a must!) other languages added
advantage
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and persuasive personality
✔ Comfortable working on systems and MS Office
✔ Ready to thrive in a fast-paced outbound calling environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
