Position Title: Site Supervisor
Experience Required: 3–5 years (Interior Fit-Out Projects)
Reporting To: Project Manager / Project Engineer
Role Summary:
The Project Supervisor is responsible for daily site coordination, quality monitoring, safety supervision, and ensuring that interior fit-out work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site execution for civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely deployment of manpower & materials.
- Monitor work progress against daily/weekly schedules and report deviations.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and QC standards.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality checklists.
- Enforce health & safety protocols; ensure PPE usage and safe work practices.
- Handle basic site measurements, material requisitions, and inventory tracking.
- Assist the Project Engineer/Manager in preparing daily progress reports (DPR).
- Identify potential site issues and escalate for timely resolution.
- Communicate with clients/consultants for inspections, approvals, and coordination.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out execution (gypsum partitions, false ceiling, carpentry, painting, MEP coordination).
- Ability to read basic drawings (civil, interior, MEP).
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of site safety procedures.
- MS Office basic proficiency; familiarity with reporting formats.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
