Increase market share in the assigned territory.
2. Distributor Management
Appoint new distributors where required.
Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
Monitor distributor stock levels, billing, and ROI.
Ensure timely order placement and payment collection.
3. Wholesale Market Development
Develop strong connections with wholesalers and bulk buyers.
Increase product penetration in wholesale markets.
Negotiate visibility and shelf space.
4. HORECA Market Development
Develop strong connections with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Caterings, etc.
Increase product penetration & placements.
Develop Brand through visibility and customization orders.
5. Market Coverage & Expansion
Ensure coverage of all retail and wholesale outlets in the territory.
Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.
Conduct regular market visits and beat planning.
6. Reporting & MIS
Maintain daily sales reports (DSR).
Track sales performance and market feedback.
Share competitor insights and demand trends.
