Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise insurance client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Drive delivery governance, project execution, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage risks, escalations, and service reviews.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support digital transformation, cloud, and modernization initiatives.
- Provide expertise in insurance processes including policy, claims, and underwriting.
- Identify account growth opportunities and support business expansion.
Requirements
- 12–16 years of IT experience.
- 6–8+ years in the Insurance domain (Life, Health, or P&C).
- Strong experience in Account Management and Delivery Governance.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and project management tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to cloud technologies and digital transformation programs.
- Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Majesco is a plus.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
