Job Description:
We are looking for a Civil Project Coordinator to coordinate civil projects from the initial stage to final completion.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating civil projects and site activities
- Client coordination and regular follow-up
- Preparing quotations, invoices, billing and project documents
- Maintaining project files, reports and records
- Coordinating with site engineers, vendors and labour teams
- Monitoring project schedules and work progress
- Working with Excel, Word and project-related documents
- Supporting project planning, execution and final billing process
Requirements:
- BE in Civil Engineering
- Freshers can apply
- Basic civil engineering knowledge required
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS Word
- Good coordination and documentation skills
- Willing to travel to project sites if required
Job Title: Site Engineer – Civil
Job Description:
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise civil works at project sites.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting sites for measurements and work progress checking
- Supervising day-to-day site activities
- Coordinating with contractors, labour teams and vendors
- Ensuring work quality and project timelines
- Preparing site reports and maintaining project records
- Client coordination and site updates
- Supporting billing and quantity verification
- Working with project drawings and site documents
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and site execution
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
- Ability to handle site responsibilities independently
- Willing to travel to project sites
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
