Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. This role partners closely with leadership to build a positive workplace culture and ensure HR practices align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Design and oversee onboarding programs for new hires
- Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
- Conduct investigations into workplace complaints and recommend resolutions
Performance Management
- Oversee performance review cycles and goal-setting processes
- Coach managers on performance feedback and improvement plans
- Identify training and development needs across teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies)
- Support salary benchmarking and compensation structure reviews
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll coordination with finance
Compliance & Policy
- Ensure company policies comply with local, state, and federal labor laws
- Maintain and update the employee handbook
- Manage HR documentation, records, and audits
HR Strategy & Reporting
- Track and report on HR metrics (turnover, headcount, engagement, etc.)
- Recommend process improvements and HR technology solutions
- Support organizational planning and change management initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
