Package – Upto 3.60 LPA
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle day-to-day HR tasks, such as employee onboarding, orientation, employee engagement etc.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentations.
- Organize and conduct campus drive.
- Screening and generating daily walk-ins for Interview
- Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Excellent English communication with Fluency and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in Recruitment.
- Proven track record in the financial industry, such as broking, mutual funds, and banking.
