Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT service sales, online bidding platforms, lead generation, and client communication. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, acquiring clients, and contributing to company growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Bidding & Client Acquisition
- Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other online bidding platforms.
- Identify potential projects and submit competitive proposals.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for accurate estimations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Lead Generation
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Handle client queries professionally and maintain long-term relationships.
- Conduct requirement-gathering discussions with clients.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients for repeat business opportunities.
Proposal Writing & Documentation
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts.
- Develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Market Research
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging technologies and business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Recommend strategies to improve sales performance and client acquisition.
Required Skills
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar bidding platforms.
- Knowledge of Web Development, Mobile App Development, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of sales processes and client management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience in an IT services company.
- Familiarity with international client handling and business development processes.
